A controlled pilot for underused gym hours

Approve a limited, revocable pilot allowing verified GymCircle guests to reserve designated quiet hours at ₹49 per guest-hour, subject to the society’s final rules and signed agreements.

Controls retained by the society

• Choose hours, capacity and house rules.
• Keep resident-only periods protected.
• Pause access immediately.
• Validate every pass at the gate and keep entry logs.
• Block guests and report incidents.
• Approve the public listing before publication.

Recommended pilot boundary

Four weeks, invited users only, maximum three guests per hour, daylight or staffed hours, no minors, no guest transfers, and weekly committee review.

Commercial model to approve

Guest price: ₹49 per hour. Before launch, the committee and GymCircle must record the platform fee, applicable tax treatment, refund allocation, payout schedule and settlement account in the host agreement.

• Authority and committee resolution documented
• Insurance and liability position reviewed
• Equipment inspection completed
• Rules and emergency process published
• Razorpay live account and refund tests completed
• Named manager and gate staff trained

Success measures

Utilisation, maintenance contribution, resident complaints, safety incidents, no-shows, guest ratings and staff workload. The committee may stop the pilot at any time.
