Launch gate: This operational draft must be reviewed by qualified Indian counsel and accepted by each participating society before live bookings are enabled.

Guest terms

Guests must be 18 or older, use their own verified account, provide accurate contact and emergency information, follow each facility’s published rules, use equipment only as intended, report damage or injury immediately, and leave at the end of the booked hour. A booking is personal and cannot be transferred.

Facility risk acknowledgement

Exercise and gym equipment involve inherent risks. Guests are responsible for choosing activity appropriate to their health and ability. GymCircle does not provide medical supervision. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Cancellations and refunds

Guests may cancel until two hours before the booked start time for a full payment refund. Later cancellations and no-shows are ordinarily non-refundable. If the society or GymCircle cancels, the payment is refunded. Payment-provider processing time may apply.

Host responsibilities

The society confirms it has authority to offer the listed access, maintains the facility and equipment, publishes accurate rules and availability, provides a safe entry procedure, keeps emergency contacts available, records incidents, and pauses access whenever the facility is unsafe.

Conduct, suspension and disputes

Harassment, photography without consent, tailgating, property damage, intoxication and unsafe equipment use are prohibited. GymCircle or the society may deny entry or suspend an account when reasonably necessary for safety. Users may appeal at the support contact below.

Privacy notice

GymCircle processes account identifiers, contact and emergency details, bookings, payments references, entry logs, reviews, support reports and society-listing information to operate and secure the service. Payment-card data is handled by Razorpay and is not stored by GymCircle. Data is shared only with the booked society, operational providers, authorities when legally required, and advisers handling a dispute.

Booking and financial records are retained as required for operations, disputes and applicable law; entry and incident records are retained only as long as necessary for safety. Users may request access, correction or deletion, subject to lawful retention requirements.
